Product changes
Exchanges for size, color, or reference are allowed within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused, in good condition, with tags, and in stock. The customer covers the initial shipping, the store covers the return shipping.

Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects or material flaws, with a 30-day period for claims and 2 days for notification.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, alterations, exposure to chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
