Cambios de producto
Se permiten cambios por talla,color o referencia dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido, siempre que el producto esté sin uso, en buen estado, con etiquetas y en inventario. El cliente asume envío inicial, la tienda el regreso.

Cubre defectos de fabricación o materiales, con plazo de 30 días para reclamos y 2 días para notificación.
La garantía no cubre daños por uso inadecuado, accidentes, desgaste normal, alteraciones, exposición a químicos o no seguir instrucciones de cuidado.
